Presidebt (n.) -
1. Country’s change of fortune following inauguration of new Head of State. Initially clouded by wave of nationalistic-reformist zeal, subsequently shown to be ruse as demonstrated by rampant nepotism; accompanied by opening of Swiss bank accounts. Prevalent in developing countries. 2. The debt owe to the President as a country is in its economic death throes.

Foolow-up (n.) -
1. The act of incompentent inquiry, such that progress is inevitably stymied. 2. Government bureaucracy.

note:

In the interest of attribution, and historiographical pomposity, it is worth noting that this wordology project is hardly novel. Indeed, St. Bernard of Clairvaux, that medieval monastic wit, mocked Abelard’s newly inaugurated theologia: calling it “stupid-ology”, not “theo-logy”.
